REALIZING MY INNER FILIPINO
In case you didn't already know, I'm the most whitewashed Filipino you'll ever meet. But today on my lunch break, I took part in a old Filipino ritual, passed down from generation to generation. I also did it on Monday too, but I didn't do as well as the Filipinos next to me. And there were no Filipinos next to me today, no *nobody* for that matter. Just me all by myself.
On Lane 25 at the Kentwig Lanes in Vallejo, CA (Filipino-town, USA, right up there with Daly City and Stockton).
