In other Shit Happens news, I may be a no-show at Vicetivus 2K4, 2. The new project manager (my old one is quitting @ the end of this week) may not sign off on my vacation day because he may be attending a bachelor party that same day. Which means that I get to hold down this shitty fort. This is fucking BOGUS.
(For those uninitiated, Vicetivus is the celebration of all things vice-ful on any Friday the 13th. Next one is in August. My tickets have been purchased for several weeks now, although I may not get the vacation approved. See what you have to worry about when you're a grown-up? Not some little shits who think that having been born in the 70s is old. Oh, no. That's child's play compared to dealing with the rednexicans and being denied vacation.)
OK gotta go be productive before that late-ass truck gets here. It's almost 6pm, and non-engineer, non-construction people are leaving their normal jobs. Unless you're in the Jimmy League, which means you're probably getting up right now.

Good weekend!!! took my lola to jackson rancheria casino, where we *both* won money!!!
first off, when we signed up for the players cards (because i'm *such* the player, ooh baby) they comped her lunch! BAM, we hadn't even been there 10 minutes...
after lunch, i dropped her off @ the quarter slots and went to the craps table to learn their California Craps and watch a couple of points (dealers are entertaining, kinda sloppy). I went back to the quarter slots and she was already up $100!!! she's a monster, i tell you...
found the mr. lucky machine, won $20 off that fucker while playing nickels (FUCK YOU MR RUCKY!) eventually made my way to the craps table in our last hour
started off w/$60, was playing the pass line and was gonna martingale the Field. everybody left the table, so it was me for a bit, and i hit a point or two. then two other people came to the table and nobody was hitting their points. in combination with the martingale (which i wasn't really watching too intently anyway), my pass lines were dropping me steadily, i was down $30 in about 10 minutes...
dealer mentioned the table had just turned very cold, so for the first time in my life i became a wrong bettor
Betting the Don't with single odds netted me about $70 over an hour while other people were coming in and dropping out around me... placed four $4 bets on the hardways "for the boys", won twice and they liked that...
California Craps is nice because it's craps w/o the inconvenience of Reno or the depravity and proximity to strip clubs that is Vegas. The cards are a different angle on the game, but they've been quite nice to me thus far...

And in going through my own blog, i find that I do nothing that warrants pimp status. Any normal person would be worried that they're spending too much time not doing the things that people our age do, but, the selfless dumbfuck that I was raised to be, am more concerned that this stupid cunt of a woman is going to end up having stupid cunt kids who are going to end up in their stupid cunt deadend jobs. Great. See what being able to see the Big Picture gets you?

- i release my Top Ten favorite waitresses which pisses off Mindy because she was only #3 and not #1
- i ate a big omelette... oh shit, man, i remember that omelette! it was fucking huge and gave me a stomach-ache
- Ok i found the one i was looking for (wasn't even sure i had posted about this) (wednesday 07 april)... apparently after work, COYB girl and i went out for drinks. looks like i got her drunk. and while it also *looks* like we had lots of cheating-on-her-BF sex that night, i actually write "Long and short of it: Crap-on-Your-Bed Girl will be mine. By Any Means Necessary. BAMN!" which indicates that my supposed pimpage was shot down by tiffany the waitress.

OK i've had enough. Whoever this anonymous person is, are you still convinced that I think that I'm a Pimp? I think i've illustrated quite handily that i'm one of the nerdiest, loserest choadstains you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting.
I'm not mad @ you for insulting me, but i'm just mad that you're an ignoramus when you're trying to do it. I'm the exact opposite of a pimp. I'm a tool. It's like calling me a Communist. That's the most ignorant thing you could call me, because i'm closer to being a Fascist.

The team was prone to mistakes, including recent instances of missed bunt signs and costly errors. The Diamondbacks committed four errors on Wednesday night. After the team played an error-free game on Thursday, Brenly smiled and proclaimed ``No errors! We get pizza!''
Then he walked out the interview room door. They were his last comments to the media as Diamondbacks' manager. He sent word through the organization that he would have no public comments Friday.
